I picked a smashed 461 the other day. Looks like a low hour saw . I would like to get it back running . It needs a tank handle , top handle , recoil and a clutch cover. I believe a 460 handles will work . If anyone has parts let, me know .
I was helping a friend tear down a timber frame barn for use in his new house. He smashed my Johnny Red with a half ton timber. It took a while to get all the parts but she was good as new when I was finished.
They’re starting to show up in dealer’s junk piles. eBay is a long shot but a wanted ad on here, OPE, and AS could get you a lead. They share some 1128 parts, yes.
Good call. I saw some guys collecting old saws on Cincinnati Craigslist yesterday. Looks like they were making a parts stockpile.
