I've got 2 Fiskars splitting axes, one of the big mauls, and i bought a hatchet with the 17'' handle, another great little Fiskars, well i'd had it about 3 months, notice a crack in the toe of the bit, so sent the picture of the hatchet, and the crack it was about 1/4'' long. They apologized for the time it took to get a response from them. Then they updated it and told me they ''had not forgotten about me'' . Today i checked my ipad and there was a notice for me saying my NEW hatchet will arrive this monday!! This is how a warranty is supposed to work if you have a problem with a item!! Buy any Fiskars with a confidence you'll never be sorry. If there's ever, a problem, they will make it right for you.

Yep, my IsoCore broke the other day, sent in the warranty claim on Friday. Hopefully get a replacement soon.
