Just got home a couple of hours ago from working nights, had a few beers before I head to bed and I've been watching homecoming videos of our airmen, sailors, marines, & soldiers surprising their families as they show up unexpectedly. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm sitting here with a box of tissues with tears running down my face. God bless our sons and daughters who have served this great nation since 1776. Families that have never experienced separation and loss of loved ones have no idea............ Thank you to all who have served.:salute::usa:

When I was stationed @ Moody AFB in Valdosta, Georgia and remember when our sister squadrons returned from UAE, it was quite moving.

Some of the guys had more chance of getting injured by their wives than while deployed.

Even though it was highly requested that the wives dress appropriately, there was always a few that pretty much showed what their husbands would be seeing that afternoon/evening.:binoculars:

May all the troops come home safely.:salute:

Thank you very much John!!! All Veterans mostly keep to themselves but do appreciate the nice comments like yours! Many wives and husbands, sons and daughters watched their love ones leave, but they don't have to return. That's what many folks do 't understand...
