What would be a good seed catalog to request? I used to get gurney a few decades back and a couple others Maybe burppee was one? No matter. What are the some good ones out there now a days? Thanks!
I'm partial to these guys, especially for heirloom and out of the ordinary varieties: https://rareseeds.com/ Unfortunately I'm just seeing now that because of heavy volume, they're going to be down for a few days....
Here are some seed companies. JW Jung Seeds has acquired several of my favorite seed suppliers including Vermont Bean Company and Totally Tomatoes. Do not confuse JW Jung with Jungs Seeds (wich is owned by Monsato) Burpees acquired Cook's Garden, which supplies a lot of gourmet-type greens and specialty seeds. These acquisitions have not necessarily changed the goodness of the product, but it seems like there is more crossover between catalogs now.
Everwilde Farms | Bulk Seeds for Sale, NON-GMO & Organic Ive ordered from all of the most popular companies when I had my small veggie farm and I found Everwilde was the best IMO. Their packaging is superior to the others.
X2 on...... Great seeds and supplies! If you don't have any good composted soil starter, there's is really great!
Have used several of the ones listed over the years, as well as Totally Tomatoes: Tomatoes, Peppers, Vegetables & More. They have more tomatoe and pepper varieties than any other catalog I've seen.
