    As many of you know, our technical guru, one Grizzly Adam was gifted a new computer to assist him with keeping FHC online and a first class forum. He has done some amazing work and we all hope this new computer he has will make his work even easier. We are also aware of all the hours he puts in doing the technical stuff for all of us and still has time to do a lot of posting like so many of us do. A hearty Thank You to Adam for all he has done.


    Now to top this all off I personally want to thank Adam because he gifted me his old computer. Adam, it came in today's mail! Actually just as a thought before I headed outdoors I thought I'd type in the tracking number and it said it had been delivered to my front porch. Okay, so out I went and bingo! There it was.

    Please excuse the overworked desk but I just had to get a picture and the desk proved handy. I am about ready to head outdoors so will be turning this on a little later today.

    If nobody sees me online for a week or so, I'll be using the new computer.

    Glad to see you grab it Backwoods Savage , you are a well established member, glad to see you with it and know the history of the thing. Also that it went to a person without a laptop already!!

    Looks kind of like our old laptop...or is it the new one??

    It will be appreciated. Different operating system so have to get to know it a bit before I can do too much. But looks great so far.

    No. Still on the desktop. Will have to string a new phone cable or use the one that is hooked to the desktop.

    Backwoods Savage what kind of ISP speed do you have currently?
    I think there's a wifi router with your name on it. You might even have to get the Ornery one a tablet - it's so nice to have a bit of mobility with the interwebs on devices in your home;)
