    My daughter claimed they were the best ever. I found " the fuse" method of cooking on the weber , you can get 5-6 hour cook times @ 225-300

    I have tried the snake/fuze method a couple times and had a real hard time getting the temp to 225/250. I usually fall back on the tried and true (for me anyway) Minion method with fire bricks. However, I am going to try it again this year and see if I can nail it. I think the fuze would be better on charcoal usage compared to using bricks.

    I used Kingsford Hickory with chunks of apple wood on top , 2 rows wide and double stack :grizz:
