Is there anything in place in the form of recognition for members that refer new members here? The recent thread where locust post refered a new member got me thinking. I was thinking something other than trophy points, something that all members could see and give recognition. Any thoughts?
I had a thought earlier today, but I wanted to discuss it with the other staff first. I do feel that this and other things need recognized.
I refer people to the site because I feel they could benefit from the information here or that they would enjoy hanging out and chatting. Never gave a thought to putting extra stripes on my uniform for it.
Good for you. In my book, you are helping people and doing a good deed. Who does? Good deeds are contageous and should be recognised.
What about if someone refers a new member and they turn out to be like Stinny or thewoodlands or ...... Do they then get demoted?
It could be worse, they could turn out like MasterMech. That guy has been stinkin' up the joint since day 1.
