I have been trying to focus on getting the wood I have split before I bring more home. Was able to get a little bit done but have a long ways to go. Was also able to get some of the larger pcs stacked.

What an operation! Two questions: why is your dirt dry? And what are you growing in the background?

I guess I could blame it on my old tube type monitor that I'm usually about 16" away from....but, I'm sure it's my eyes.

Wanna come up for hunting season next year?

With any luck Eric VW, yooperdave just might be lucky to shoot at a tree. If he does, just buck it and go home. At least its not empty handed.

Looks like cherry or apple saplings to me. Just judging by the white blossoms.

I cleared out a section to put in gravel so I could park my trailer there. Still waiting to finish that project as well!

Where I live I am surrounded by apple orchards. They bloomed last week. Can't beat the views!

Those take me some time to process. chipper1 can attest to how hard those are. I quarter them out and then split them. Good workout that's for sure.

It's odd how much they follow me around. Last year they would lay their eggs between the trees that are on the ground. Was an egg hunt every day...
