I’m in TX for work and stopped at a BBQ joint. Here’s their homemade smoker, made to look like a six-shooter. Pretty creative, and the food was good, too.

That food looked so good and smelled so good I tore into it like a hobo into a bologna sandwich...no time for pictures. The six-shooter smoker picture was after I ate! You can Google Jimee’s BBQ in Houston, some images might pop up for ya, Eric VW . The owner has a big shop on the property and used to be an auto body shop. He converted to a bbq joint when he retired from the auto body business. He doesn’t get around too well, but his brisket, cole slaw and potato salad were good!
