    Hello
We have a Power Smith PAVC-102 ash vac.
After replacing the bag filter and the motor filter the on-off switch broke and the factory does not have any switches at this time either!
I just happened to find this heavier 120 VAC SPST rocker at Home Depot for $4.97 and with a little cutting it fits! Then the connects had to be changed to larger connectors. Bingo!

Also cleaned out that foam filter around the motor with the compressor for more suction.
Hopefully this rocker switch will last longer?

Pic 3 - Found this one at Home Depot just a wee bit larger
Pic 4-6 took 4 screws out of vacuum top and see old broken switch
Pic 7 - squeeze out old switch with long nose pliers
Pic 8 - Test switch in both positions with meter and no continuity
Pic 9-11 Drill out front of plastic hole and squeeze in new on-off switch from Home Depot

    Hello

Pic 12-15 Cut off quick disconnect female clips off in vacuum and crimp on new larger blue female clips for heavier switch
Pic 16 - All done - looks like new and heavier that original!
