They are selling a ton of Bear Mountains for $210 plus giving a $20 coupon back on your next purchase after the sale. Not only that, if you buy 2 tons or more (and who the heck wouldn't??), the delivery is free. Honest to God, that's going to be tough to beat anywhere. Also, I can get Olympus for $199 a ton or $215 for Golden Fires. I'm going to change up and go for the Bears this year.

    Coastal Farm

I plan on buying 6 tons on Sunday.

I'm still pinching myself and I live out on the West coast. That's a really good deal.

What's a cord of split, seasoned oak going for?? I would hate to know. I have to drive to the center of the state for hardwoods. Not cheap.

Well I did it. 2 tons for my friend and 4 tons for me.

Just so you know, about 10% tax... so... not quite as cheap. The $20 off basically covered the tax. But the gift card and free delivery were very nice.

Just spotted these Olympus outside a Tractor Supply. $215 + tax or about $240+.

well, we dont pay sales tax on pellets.......
and as for the price, somewhat jealous, but I know how much it costs to bring them out east, I know what they cost, so, given the transportation costs and what they are currently selling for out here, its not totally out of whack from what you're paying...
the killer is the quality we get here for more local pellets is all over the board.....

Well I contacted the supplier and I can get these same pellets under a different package for $199 + tax. But those others are all local brands.

Yeah. I have been reading. Seriously we have Lignetics, CleanBurn, Bears, North Idaho, or Olympus. Everything else seems to be a spin off of those either under a different brand name or a "B" product. Sometimes I spot a Canadian brand but they are basically the same product but higher priced -- so no point really.

    It's pretty boring out here.
