I haven't changed anything and they are not in my junk mail, I just stopped getting them. Also not getting all reply alerts onsite , the onsite likes alerts are working as they should. Anyone else having this problem? Last email alert was on 4 /12 at 9:37 p.m.
Well I'm not the only one then. I had this problem on another forum before and it took a while for them to figure out n fix. Yep, mine stopped yesterday too. Not in the spam filter, and I've already green listed the address anyway.
Been 2 days and I have not received one from Gmail. I just changed my alerts over to my Yahoo account. Hopefully that works. I dislike using the alert system here. I'd to rather get emails notifying me.
I have gmail. But quilt getting them just early yesterday? Im with you on this???? Several mods have noticed so my guess is yes?
Mine hasn't worked in a few days. Comcast is my provider, but I use gmail and AOL. Nothing went to spam, so they didn't come through at all. Just thought it would work again, then decided to look if anyone else had the problem. Hope someone is looking into it.
Us mods don't have the necessary access to see where things might have gone wrong, or fix it. We'll have to be patient and wait for Scotty to fix it. Try to remember it ain't life or death here folks. This site is supposed to be fun and stuff.
I have been using the "Alerts" at the top. Never used them in the past.. Once every few months I reset my large "Alert" number on accident when hitting my inbox (had a couple thousand, before I started looking at it yesterday). It isn't the end of the world at all. But some are stuck in our ways. I like email alerts. I want an email/reply immediately when someone replies.
Scotty isn't getting them either, he is looking into fixing this but won't be able to until after the weekend so if we hold tight for a few more days we should get this back on track.
