    There is a Boreal BioFuel (Boreal Bioenergy) making "torrified" pellets in British Columbia and Alberta, but they don't mention Quebec.

    The only Boreal pellet I've seen was the horse bedding pellets. SIL used to get them from a Co-op for her horses/donkee's. But that was back in the mid 2000's(2006/07 ish). We burned a dozen bags when pellets got scarce in the 08 season. Lots of ash for a SPF mix!!
