Every year we let the birdseed grow under these feeders. This year this monster grew. Looks like a rhubarb but i dunno. It seems to be keeping some birds away and I don't know if they are thinking a predator could be lurking or ? Any thoughts?

Yes burdock. My dog likes them also. :picard:

Pretty sure it is in the daisy family. The roots are edible and there's some medicinal uses, but its just an annoying weed here... big weed

It's been relocated to the burn barrel !! Totally surprised by the diameter of the stalk. In a couple of days it went from nothing to full of baby burrs so off it went and a little toxic juice on the stump.
