    about paracord tools.

I guess most folks set them on their lap or on a table/bench.
I put those sticky rubber feet on this one so it can sit on a table.

I found it very uncomfortable to lean over when they are sitting on
a table/bench or too unstable on your lap. ....so, I invented the paracord buddy.

    IMG_4661.JPG

It rests w/your legs on the bottom and puts the jig exactly where it needs to be.

This is my custom jig and paracord buddy.

...and since the paracord buddy is very mobile, I created the paracord caddy.
Keeps all my paracord tools handy and ready to roll.

    Have paracord, will travel.

I can see that the more comfortable your setup, the more control you have, and the better your outcomes will be.
A paracord product line, you should have an Etsy shop, or do you already?

What a contrast from the first prototype to your working customized stand. The caddy looks great as well. Your holding stand could be used for a beading loom or small weaving loom as well.

I don't have an Etsy account. Not sure I want to get a business license and all that.

Actually the first prototype was chip board and a scrap of plywood.

Do you need a custom loom?

No I don't. Thanks for the offer. I saw the possibilities for your stand.

Depending on your locality, you might not need a business license to sell on Etsy. Etsy doesn't require one.;)

More info you could do without....
With the advent of my new jig design...my own design,
I created a new jig w/some of the bark pocket hickory.
Put the purple heart on the outside of the buckle dogs because
    it is some hard wood.
    IMG_5062.JPG

Then, decided I needed a custom paracord buddy to put it on.
I love bark pocket hickory. Wild grain and open knots.
Inlaid some purple heart to match the jig.
