Snuck up into the mud farm for a few and snagged a few blocks from a tall old beech stump. Small score compared to my normal work, but I needed some fresh air! Hope others got out and made some BTU’s also 2848E7FD-137B-411E-A26A-4C338780390B.jpeg D9969B58-176B-4BFC-9795-71BC0D260BD5.jpeg

Nice score. Very organized. Love the oak although I rarely get it.

I got about one cord of Pine split up. Not a lot, but getting anything done feels a lot better at the end of the day than getting nothing done.

Beech are slowly dying, just like the ash. Sad, but I try to get to them before they see this rotten.

Got out and split and stacked some ash, about a cords worth. felt good to see the stacks replenish some even if it needs to sit.

Well coreboy83 wood 101 requires the distinction between maple and oak. I thought I graduated that class once...
