    I have not. Never been to "the County" as Mainers call Aroostook county in Northern Maine.

    Come on DaveGunter , you have to go paddle the Allagash 100 mile trip. It's a whole different world from MDI area. One of my favorite places here, no people just you and a canoe. The chainsaw museum I've been by but never stopped. Allagash Maine consists of 3 roads and a bridge.
