Nice locust JB. Dad used to get 4x4x8 locust cut at an old guy's place that had the big ol round blade mill. I don't think anyone has even heard of portable bandmill's back then.

Yes still some snow piles melting now turning to mud piles :picard:edger is great one of my better tools (toys) it saves a lot of time and gives me a lot more recovery in lumber How is the sharpener working out?? if you are bored I could send you 20 or 30  to sharpen   frozen locust is brutal on blades and the bark is so rough it hides the frozen dirt and stones it was almost 70 here today tonite it is going down in 30's but no rain or snow this weekend I am hoping for a good day sawing on sunday I have a 1000 bd ft order for random width locust decking !! Sharper is going well.

Been to busy to take on any more jobs.

Recent job title change and family have been keeping me busy.

All have been healthy and good. That's been a plus.

Recently found a honey hole for firewood and some odd logs. Cherry, Locust, Sassafras,Ash, Poplar, Walnut, Maple.

I've been seeing the price of locust posts (in Lancaster Farming) has gone crazy in the past 5 years or so. Do you do a per post or base it off the bd/ft?
