Hey Brett, how's it going? I've got a crap ton of trees to skid up a hill. I'm wanting to buy one for long term use. I was really pizzed this lady sold the Balfor out from under me. I offered her a CC # or some other form of deposit & she sold it the night before I was going after it. Still toying with Idea of a Farmi winch otherwise.

Adam check out Reeds Supply in Vermont they have Igland 3501's for 2425.00 plus shipping. I have been wanting one I need to pull logs out of the river and some ravines. Igland and Norse are made in the same factory in Norway.

Still cleaning up from the storm this spring?
I had a guy in Caledonia area ask me if I wanted a bunch of firewood downed in that store just this morning.
If I only had a buck for every time someone did something like that to me :(.

Yes, I made friends with a guy 2mi from with 100 acres. Nice place beautiful woods, I cleared a big Red Oak blow down for him & he asked if I wanted more. Well, I got more, 20 downed trees give or take, plus all the thinning & management work on the place. Come & go as I please, can't beat the deal. Got the referral from a neighbor for the first tree & it just went from there. Lifetime supply right around the corner. Gonna upgrade equipment just to keep up.
