Hello, What exactly is a hardwood blend pellet? A mix of hardwoods or a mix of hardwood with softwood? The left over Lignetics I have say hardwood/softwood blend which is why I get confused when a bag says hardwood blend. Thanks
The "hardwood blend" should be various species of hardwoods and not, let's just say, straight oak or something.
The bags they sell labeled as “hardwood blend” at TSC stores around here are a mix of both hardwood and softwood material. I think the “hardwood blend” description is purposefully ambiguous so they can use a variety of products from different suppliers.
Just wish companies were upfront. One time at TSC, there was a blend bag that was open and contained yellow pellets mixed in.
Always have MWP at our TSC here which is a blend the ratio I do not know but am sure Scott Linkletter would know.
