After a year of looking, i finally pulled the trigger on a tractor. I should have delivery after its built- sometime around Jan 10ish.

This is what it'll look like..... I didn't get the back hoe and it'll have the canopy.

Sweet ride! Did you get the bobcat style bucket attachment? My main gripe with my John Deere is that it has Deere's pin on attachment, which seems to be mostly proprietary.

We have a b3300 it’s a great machine. Have found many uses and have had no issues. Except no quick attach so that’s kind of a bummer. Congrats.

Glad you posted as I was about to ask you about it and when the delivery is expected.

May that tractor serve you well for many, many moons.

Thanks! I have more years behind me than i do in front of me, however, I'm young enough to work off the monthly payment. Kubota was offering 0% for 60 mos. I worked 2 dealers enough to get the price where we agreed, only about 13% off, which is pretty standard. I was able to put some money down, so the payments aren't real crazy. The ktac insurance is paid for the next 5 years and is a wonderful, no bull policy. This should suit us well with our property size.

Backwoods Savage - new tractor shipments came in Monday, so it will get built just after Christmas. The third function kit and canopy was ordered and will hopefully be put in sometime next week. I can expect delivery sometime the second week of January.

I'm not sure so I thought that I would ask, do you have a choice for your tires and if so what did you go with?

I had a choice and went with the R4 Industrials. This will be the most suitable for my application and i won't be on the grass at all. The only thing I'm not sure on is pushing snow. But, like u, mostly flat where i will push it, so I'll wait for any chains for now.

Congratulations! I also have R4 tires so I put chains on in winter... Yes the AG tires have more dig but I drive mine over my lawn so that' not always a plus. Where I think R4 shine is they are wider so have more float over swampy bits. Great news on your purchase Merry Christmas!

They used to sell the brackets to weld onto whatever needs converting. Wasn’t terrible expensive either.

I believe Well Seasoned has the SSQA bucket and he ordered the third function front which I believe to be a smart decision

Only worked the farm with my dad when i was young, so yea. I've been getting by with the atv for many things, but an atv can't do what we want to do here. It will be a great purchase.

Yes, quick attach is the way to go. The third function will be for a grapple mostly, maybe a blower. At the rate its snowing, and the feet we're expecting, this thing can't come soon enough.
