    Hello
I have a 2009 Jamestown J2000 wood pellet stove. I was just fixing it up a bit and flipped it on it’s side when the auger motor just fell out!!! So I checked the manual and searched the web and could not find any information about the auger and auger motor for these Jamestown pellet stoves. They are a top feeder and the auger bearing is attached to the auger like a Harman Auger but it does not look like a sealed bearing like the Harman bearing. So I finally found an older Jamestown J2000T Manual and in Appendix E page E-1 I found what looks to be an upgrade Kit that contains an Auger Motor bracket and bolts with installation instructions! That seems to say that since the auger hole where the motor shaft goes in has a key way so the flat part of the motor shaft turns the auger and the motor can rest on the incoming fresh air tube, but for much better support this upgrade kit can be installed!
This newer 2009 J2000 has the bolts in the auger tube installed but the bracket is missing! If I did not tip the stove over I may not have noticed this! LOL
Anyone with a Jamestown pellet stove have this bracket? Looks like it fits J1000 or j2000 stoves.

I tried to get the OEM Jamestown bracket with No Luck!
Got a piece of 10 Guage Steel for $3.00 and fabricated a bracket. Then just welded it right up, no sweat! See pics

Just tested the stove with the new bracket and it works much better! There is a good consistent pellet feeding now! :)
