Ms. buZZsaw comes out a bit ago and asks why i have 13 chainsaws? Without missing a beat i reply "cuz i have a hoarding problem" and she replies "i know" and asks if im done? She almost never goes in the storage room and the saws were arranged so it was rather obvious! :emb: I then replied "its actually 14" as buzz-saw has my 026 but didnt make eye contact with her.
I just had to go in there and i counted 14...she missed the electric one i never use. It was well hidden. Should i tell her about that one?
I was going to explain CAD but doubt that would help my cause! :saw:

Yep, being organized it not all its cracked up to be...when I had saws scattered all over the place, it was fine...as soon as I made a saw tree and put all (well, most) of my saws on it, I got the ole "why do you have so many saws?" ...rats, BUSTED! :startled:

My wife was shopping for an inflatable paddle board today. We stopped at a Marine West and they had several to choose from and one was on sale. I told her if it was a chainsaw I wanted I’d get it. We checked Dicks sporting goods and went back to Marine West for the paddle board.
The road is paved for my next chainsaw purchase.

Yup...she doesn't give me too much crap about how I spend money (I'm the "saver") but if she did, I could always retort "what about the 23 purses you have, or 49 pairs of shoes, almost all of which rarely/never get used?!" :D

Actually they're not really organized, but its not that hard to miss them. I had the bigger pro models on the floor and the smaller ones under the bench. She doesnt hoard shoes, purses or "women stuff" anymore, but i have never opened her closet in many years. I remember having to help her find the matching shoe (huge box with shoes in it) when she was late for work or if she had a "fashion crisis" and had to change outfits!
I suppose i could challenge her on this but its not worth arguing over. She did ask last year if i would stop hoarding wood. I had my fingers crossed behind my back when i replied.
And when she asked today it was in the sweet soft voice so how could i get defensive?

I hope it’s not too serious buZZsaw BRAD . Have you been telling her you’re broke, while collecting saws? I guess you’ll have to pay to get her some retail therapy. Good luck
I have a few more suggestions, but this is a family friendly site. :dremel:

    Thanks buddy.
    Throw me under the bus:thumbs:
No worries. Won’t be my first set of tire tracks.

So what are you going to do when the 400 lands there.

Do I need to finish the upstairs in my garage for you?
