Howdy. I am a refugee here cast off from several other forums. I have late stage-IV CAD, and I am a cord 'ho. I heat with 100% firewood in a dubba wyde on a semi-wooded lot in the north Oregon Cascade mountains. I drink PBR. I live alone with my giant orange cat, and that is the way I like it. My entire house is my man cave. All of my ex's live... elsewhere... (one lives in Texas).

All my ex's live in Texas
And Texas is the place I'd dearly love to be
But all my ex's live in Texas
And that's why I hang my hat in Orygun...

Roy from Michigan. Wood burner, pellet burner, classic car guy, beer and wine maker, avid 'do it myself-er'.

My real job is in telecommunications. I set up business telephone systems, computer networks and 'voicemail jails' as requested by customers. My apologies if you've ever gotten stuck inside some of my handiwork.

I'm about 20 miles north of Grand Rapids. I wasn't too far from you when I drove through Lansing earlier today.

Gasifier. Don't ask my wife what that means. She says it is an appropriate name for me.

It actually comes from the fact that I gasify my wood in what is called a Wood Gasification boiler. Efficient wood burning that provides even heat throughout the house and garage. Nothing like having even heat, from wood, controlled by thermostats in all the zones in your house.
