The long awaited review on these! Truth be told, when I opened the bag I didn't have high hopes on these because of the long pellets and my stove doesn't seem to like these longer types. All in all, these were ok. I really needed to bump up the feed on these to get some heat and consistent feed because of the long pellets. I read up on the company and they have a parent company, Two Rivers Timber, that supplies the pellet division with sawdust. I also read that they purchase sawdust and wood chips from outside operations too which might explain some of the previous bad reviews on these. Hard to maintain consistency when you don't have complete control on your raw materials. As far as buying a ton(s) of these, I would have to pass because of the consistent long pellet length of these but for someone else, they would be fine.

    That was quick!!! Great job!!

Looks like pretty descent results. The longer pellets will definitely feed slower so if someone is running their stove near the max these would probably not be the best choice.
But for me they would be perfectly fine.

How do these compare with your "freebie" NEWP's?

The InstantHeats definitely burn WAY better for me. Those NEWP are garbage. For some reason the "freebies" are long too but dull looking (not shiny) and for some reason they just don't want to feed in my stove. I had the same feed problem in my PDVC too. I've never had to turn my feed rate up to 6-7 with any pellet ever just to get a pellet to feed.....it's crazy. And they still burn like chit!

If I see them I will pick some up and test them out. I just bought a thermocouple off of Amazon and can get a good temp reading of the convection air.
