I have the 435 and 445, both with 16" bar and chain.

The 435 has been a workhorse for me, for years. I like the 445, as it's now my goto saw. I've had that for a couple of months.

I don't know anything about the 439. Good luck!

Don't know much about them but the Echo CS-361P is a pro saw.
Same displacement as 439 (35.8 cc), lighter at 8.4 lbs and 5 year consumer warranty.

The 439 is a strange looking saw. Detachable? oil tank where muffler should be? Skinny muffler beside dawg - how does it connect to exhaust port? Exhaust port aim at the clutch?

It does look like a handy little saw, is it auto tune?

8.6Lbs! Dagum that's light. I'd love to check one out. Doesn't resemble any previous 4xx so maybe it's a change for the good. I've never even seen 'em till this thread.

Got me leaning to the Echo 361p.
    I sometimes over analyze ,
    but
“Echo Chainsaws are manufactured in Lake Zurich Illinois by the Echo Corporation of America” & has pretty good reviews.
