    You must really like those hollow logs :rofl: :lol: Seriously though, they’d make some nice Swedish candles. I had a couple Red Maple logs like that. Stuff it full of little scraps and put it in the fire pit. Mine lasted a solid couple of hours.

    I had a saw guy with a boom take it down as I dont do hollow trees.

    I have a couple hollow BL logs my wife is going to plant flowers in. Curious as to how long they will last.

    Ive seen plenty of hollow trees in my day but never one that big/hollow.

    My folks had this Silver Maple cut down when I was just a youngster. The trunk was about 24’ long, it was pushing 48” dia. @ the base. My dad kept it for my sister & I to play in. The three forks on the top side were hollow also, big enough I could crawl thru them.
