They really should be rated at 3.5 stars. Pellets are short in length and burn really HOT. Ash is light grey and fluffy. Nice oak smell. Small ash cake that falls apart. Would be nice if there was less fines and bag dust. I really like these, to bad there not around in my area this year. This is a home test, always try a few bags for yourself before stocking up.
