Yesterday, I moved a pallet ton of Green Supreme Northeast Blend bags of wood pellets from
outdoors to inside my porch. I found that about 80% of the bags, the side seams at the top
two inches where torn. As if the seam was never sealed when the bag was made from the
roll of flat plastic sheeting. I think the machine was out of adjustment at the plant, not sealing the
top two inches of the side seams of the bags. The seal is supposed to be sealed by heating the
plastic. I purchased these Green Supreme pellets in Spring 2022.

The good feature of these pellets is that specifications on the bag state percentage ash 0.4% to 0.6%.
That is close to the range of a super premium pellet.

I have seen this problem before with North Country pellets.
Have you seen seams of the bags unsealed?
