Good honest assessment of barefoots

    Barefoots were very good years ago But have heard that they have gone downhill.?? Please reply if you have burned more than just barefoots and can compare. Being told they are "awsome" if only pellets you have burned doesn't help thank you.not being smart-azz ( I get that word too much on other sites) but longtime burning helps alot. Thinking of using for shoulder season and not wasting the good softies as I have been doing past couple yrs.most box store stuff way to much ash.for me anyways so I passed yrs ago.

    Long timer and not trying to be a smarty pants. BUT, IMHO. :zip:

    I've burned Barefoots when they were considered all that and then again a few season later. I've found heat was comparable, But ash content varried dramatically.
