GMG tabletop experience

    Just spent a couple month's using this model and have to say. Very impressed. Pork loin, Full Chicken, Brisket, Cornish hens, Drummies, Ribs, brats you name it.

    Didn't even think of taking pics as I was entertaining the entire time. I really think this model would easily cover 75-85% of most peoples needs as far as cooking capacity goes. The published/online GMG guide is spot on for heat/timing etc.

    I have the DB model at home but found this little guy outstanding. As did many of our guests each week. I just felt like giving a little feedback on my experience.

    Agreed. I have one, although rarely use it now that we got rid of our camper and have the Jim Bowie at home. The dc lives at my works maint shop now and is used occasionally on days when time allows. It can hold 15 1/4lb burgers and I’ve done everything from that to pulled pork to beer can chickens to a small brisket even.
