Well, from the few comments I read after stopping the vid, a lot of the folks who watched said he didn't know what he was talking about. Should we invite those gooder informed souls into our flock? Noticed this was from almost 2 years ago. Hope he didn't burn down his house.
We’ve burned wood for 12 years and the total creosote we’ve cleaned out of our chimney would fit in a small pail. This guy should not being making videos claiming to be an expert on burning wood. He’s trying to impress everyone by stating the chemical compounds in creosote, but does he know the problem is water?
That was too painful to watch all the way through. I had to fast forward through it and every time I stopped, he was giving bad info...
It was ruff watching for sure and I also had to shut it off quickly.I also did not see birch wood in those stacks and what I did see looked real wet.
