German pancakes!

    Looks like it may be the same recipe as the Finnish oven pancake "krepsua"........Yum! Restaurant in Houghton Mi offers these off the menu...lots of Fins up there...go figure!

    They are easy to make!:hair:
    pre heat oven 425F

    mix

    1 cup flour
    1 cup milk
    6 eggs
    1tbs vanilla
    5tbs butter

    pour butter in pan and preheat in the oven.
    pour batter in pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes

    I think the butter could easily be cut in half it was a little strong.

    My recipe uses 4 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, no vanilla and a little butter in the pan to grease it. I top it with applesauce and nutmeg.
