    Hello
This is an older Webber propane 2 burner gas grill. We just bought new 21-1/2" flavor bars.
Now I see the crossover air tube between the front burner and rear burner is almost broken at the front burner and split in two other places! Yikes!!!
A new 2 burner Webber is $399.00 at Lowes
Shop Weber Spirit E-210 Black Porcelain Enamel 2-Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill at Lowes.com
The igniter and everything else seems fine.
Looks like the 27" 2 burner replacement kit should work for approx $35

This grill model Genesis Spirit A cost $349.95 when we purchased about 1/16/2002 - 15 years ago. :)

Might be a quick fix for a weld shop, no??

    (ps....there's always charcoal grills!)

Just get a new burner. It's easy. And cheap when you consider what a replacement new grill will cost.

I even have replaced burners on cheap gas grills

That's it huh? I got like 6 more years out of the grill on my old Aussie grill by changing the burner. I also found out over the years to use one side of the grill one day, then the next time use the other side. The grill ,and burner, lasts a lot longer then. My theory is that the grease/ oil fat etc keeps the metal from rusting.

    Hello
    Just changed it. :)
Only had to remove 4 screws and yanked the gas Feeder control out and then slide in the new Stainless Steel burners and connecting rod. Easy Peasy. :) Now we are cookin!
Maybe it will last another 15 years?
    Thanks guys for your comments.

I replace burners, too. The last one lasted about 10 years. They wear out but alternating burners is a good idea. As is a grill cover and just general up keep.
The latest one I put in early this summer is all stainless except for the Al venturi.
My cousin is a big scrapper... I was into it for a while. We both agree that grills are the #1 throwaway item of value at curbs. Most could be fixed, all have decent scrap value.

Our grill was given to us by a friend that was moving and didn't want it anymore...said it was "junk" and had already bought a new one...not a darn thing wrong with it except the "new" was wore off...still usin it 8 years later (not often, but still)
Even came with a 1/2 tank of gas and a cover

Exactly. I don't plan on ever buying a new grill. If you ever need one for a cottage or cabin, just hit up a suburb before garbage day (gotta beat the scrappers, though).

I bet if you sandblasted the inside and repainted the grill with that spray grill paint you could sell it used and make some money!!
