Well it is a wet cool day here so what else do you do when college football is on TV then smoke some ribs and cook some other goodies..... Ribs should be off shortly after the OSU game starts. I will also post some other pics of a smoked jalapeƱo dip I am going to make. Ribs headed on.
Chicken wings are prepped and ready, the second cooker is warming up and I am getting the smoked dip mixed up and ready to go on the smoker. Jalapenos, cream cheese, corn, mozzarella, parmesean, paprika, Cayenne salt, and basil. Also frying up the bacon to dice up and them I will use the cast iron pan to put all the ingredients in and smoke it for about 15 minutes before putting the lid on and finishing it.
Finally got the lawn mower, got the grill warming at the same time. Now to prep the ribs. Wings I will probably do inside since I am cutting things close.
I cut these ribs off the pig myself. Just hit them with some spices. Memphis BBQ seasoning, meat tenderiser (I love the flavour of both, trying them together as the base flavour), garlic and some chile para orange I picked up at an ethic store. Now it's getting the smoke treatment.
