Not much to see, we forgot we had this in one of the freezers. Today was finally the day. It got brined overnight and on the heat at about 2:30, our first turkey (I'm hooked on butts) DSCN9030.JPG

I put in a couple of water pan's (another first) figuring it wouldn't hurt.
A "pull off" pic will follow.

Sorry about the "pic to follow" Just finished the last of it today in the form of turkey salad - in a wrap with L&T on top
It had a nice smoke in it and made great sammy's.

2, 100# propane tanks. First build. Wanted something small to start out with. I'd like to build a more traditional (but small) smoker with the firebox a little further away from the cooking chamber AND insulated so I can have some winter "smoke''
