Anyone see this new England's Stove Works pellet stove? I didn't see much online, but AMFM is selling for 1800. Almost sounds like the Harman ESP system to regulate heat output?

Doesn't seem like there is an ash pan. Pretty nice looking stove, though.

I downloaded the manual and the only drawback I see is there is no hi/lo.

That is a real nice feature.

Other than that it looks like a real nice addition to their line up. Would make a perfect replacement for my current stove if it had Hi/Lo.

Nice looking stove, but I can't believe there is no Hi/lo feature. Maybe Mike Holton will be along to explain the smart stat part of the stove.

Does it have heat exchange tubes?

I don't think so, Looks to be the box type exchanger.

That's a turn off for me!!

Same here. After having a stove with and without them I would never go back to not having them.

Yeah, doesn't look like it does and has that new rating of 71.1.

Not ideal, however there are not many stoves with the appropriate sized hopper for my usage. No one has put together the perfect stove yet. This has some attributes I really like. Large hopper, doesn't appear to have an ash drawer, I always vaccuum my ash and that is one less gasket to deal with. 1.6-5.4 lbs per hour is perfect. And the exhaust will pretty much line up with my current stove.

Why the HELL would they make a smartstove like this and not have a efficient heat exchange/tubes AND no hi/low? Are you kidding me?

I understand the heat exchanger. But we may find out that they don't add that much efficiency once all the numbers are printed by the manufacturers. That is just a hunch.
Hi/Lo seems like a HUGE over site/terrible decision. It is more useful than on/off IMHO.

The HHV of this stove is 71.8%. The p43 is 69.5% and Accentra is 71.2% for comparison.

I think it is some new EPA testing where they measure the efficiency, in this case on the high stove setting.

    Higher Heating Value

I could not find any values for Enviro or Quad. Harman has theirs documented in the manuals. The p43 I think would be a fair comparison based on max btu.
