I'm heading down to my parents for a Sunday roast dinner right now. Does that count? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I travel a lot for work and that requires that I eat out a lot too. So when I am home I much prefer making my own breakfast "the way I like it".
In the past we ate breakfast out every Sunday. We always eat out Friday evening with friends now. Breakfast is so cheap to eat at home, but takes a little time to prepare. I absolutely love to eat out! Thats probably why I'm slightly over my optimal weight...
We very rarely go out to eat as neither of us enjoys it. Simple fixings at home serve us well. Breakfast here consists usually of some cereal and fruit; now it is raspberries and I usually end up eating about a quart of them with a bowl of cereal.
Eat out and have take out way too often. Food at home is always way better, even if I have to cook it. Wife loves take out, but not to eat out. Seems everything take out is full of junk.
Breakfast out is usually a fall/winter thing for me (cooler weather) and definetly at a local diner. Mainly because it really fills you up, so you can go CSS of course! :stacke: Otherwise it usually ends up being Dennys at who knows what hour of the night or morning while at work and when you've gone 12 hours or more while working a 30+ hour shift with no food, especially if it's cold out anything tastes good. Worst part is I like eating out but it doesn't like me since I've got some bad gut troubles
I can't do that...never could. I've gotta get a little something every three hours or so, or my head will explode...
I try and usually pack the extra big lunch box full of stuff but when you get into extra innings and aren't near places to grab something pine cones and tree bark start looking tasty.
While the kids were still home, I would cook breakfast on Sundays as a tradition. Always started with 2 lbs of bacon and usually at least one lb of pork sausage. eggs, french toast, coffee, juice, toast, red potato hash browns....all just to chase down the bacon! A good cholesterol breakfast!
