Very consistent. Like every year. Loaded with paint and plastics again this year. Absolutley no heat. Loaded with fines. Smell exactly like a dirty moldy wine soaked warehouse pallet. And best of all they have soaked my fiber brick panels with most likley burnt plastic resin or some sort of wax. Maybe the government should do something useful for the environment for a change and investigate buckeye diamond logistics. Worst pellet I have ever burnt.

Holy blue pellets, Batman! Take them back to the store from whence they came and demand your money back. Price Chopper is charging $300 for that crap. AWFUL!

I only had 5 trial bags so I did burn them off so Im not worried about a refund, but I did question the company on this and they requested photos which I sent. They also added they would like to make this right. With my luck they will send me a free ton:headbang:. Ill use them on the snowy driveway and to absorb oil spills

This is what happens when your sister company, next door, is a pallet manufacturer.

I'm surprised their response wasn't 'they hadn't heard of any issues and they would have engineering look into it and get back to you'.

No, but that seems to be the stock answer from some manufacturers.
