I love red wine vinegar. Can it be used in a sauce? Some background: I have a freezer full of pork loin ribs that I am daydreaming about on this winter's day.
Never tried it in any BBQ sauce I have made. I would think it may not taste quite right but I am not a chef so take my advice with a grain of salt....... or disregard entirely if you use it let me know how it turns out.

I've used apple cider vinegar & raspberry wine vinegar & they are good in various sauces,so red wine should be good for that too.
