    4th pic looks like a double strike mark.

    First strike straight up and down, and then I turn my phone counterclockwise just a little and I see similar second strike just a little left of first one.

    I think it looks like it was put in a vise and it twisted a bit on them.

    Yea, looks like vice indents..
    I thought most tool manufacturers put their Mark's on the top or bottom sides of the head.. as to avoid wear off. I dunno...
