    Looking good! Love our crock pot. Mrs Papi uses it a couple times a week lately, and I couldn't be happier. She is very creative with it, comes up with some stuff I'd never have thought of.

    My crockpot specialty is Italian beef sammiches. Bottom round or some other cheap cut of beef, browned aggressively with garlic/s&p, into the pot with a little red wine, some beef broth, and a pack of Italian dressing mix. Low and slow all day, then shred onto sub rolls with provolone to glue it together. Good eatin'!
