Well at least when it comes to cutting, splitting or stacking firewood anyway. I did make some killer cranberry relish and cranberry, bourbon chuttny though. With the in-laws coming in tomorrow for the holiday I probably won't do any wood work, other than bring a load up, until Monday. Maybe just half a load, gonna be on the 60's turkey day. Who has relatives coming to eat the bird. Oh, that reminds me of the sign at the Gotta Go Septic Service shop: You Eat the Bird, We'll Hurd the Turd! True story, they're located in Florence, KY.
No relatives coming here. I probably will be out of town working. Oh well, I've been off work for 2 months, time to go back, reluctantly. There's are septic service in the town I work in that has a truck running around and on the back it says, "Your turds are my bread and butter." I lmao every time I see it!
Just so I know.....what do they grow? Oh, and where do they sell it? I hope it gets exported to China.
In New York it was illegal to use human waste for any farming don't know if it still is. I would hope it is. They do use it in Japan according to my Health Dept. Inspector.
Got a Go guy really is top shelf. The front of his trucks all say keep looking up, could interpret that a couple ways on the front of a septic truck..
The dude puts some money in his trucks. Baddest sounding diesel trucks ever. They sound like they should be racing rather than pumping crap.
Dave it is very common use with today's farming. Not all farms use it but we have several in the area that does use it. They haul it in with big taker trucks usually in the fall but also in the spring. One local farm has been using this method for the last 20 years or so. No problems and you don't smell it as you pass the fields either. Before one of our neighbors sold his place, he hauled a lot of it in the fall (he had a couple semis). It does not harm to humans either. It is nothing like what they do overseas where they put it on fresh..... Nasty.
Have you ever seen him in the parades with his port a potty mounted on a go cart? It's something else.
