    22 lbs of deer meat, 2.25 lbs of beef fat, homemade seasoning packet: I can't tell you what seasonings are in it because there's a death sentence on my head if I ever give it up!

    I have the same burger press, works great. I just made burgers with 50/50 sausage and venison added onions and sharp cheese. Not bad but Iam sure there is better. When these are eaten we will try again.
