    My apologies for being a day late with this post. First off, I am not a veteran. I wanted to share my grandfather's WWII experience with the group though. He took part in Operation Overlord as a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne Division. Attached are scanned copies of what he wrote about his experience before he passed away in 2002. Thank you to all that have or are currently serving.

    That pdf he wrote of his experience is amazing. Thanks for posting. I have alot of my grandfather's stuff from the war.
