Wood Lot With Ash Trees and Standing and Fallen Dead Wood
Wood Lot With Ash Trees and Standing and Fallen Dead Wood (Belmont, Gilford) hide this posting

The Dead Wood Society is looking for a local wood lot we can get winter access to. It would be great to have a lot full of ash trees or with plenty of standing dead trees. We would prefer something in Belmont, but will also consider Gilford and Laconia. We are fully insured and operate in a very low-impact and environmentally friendly manner. Our largest piece of equipment is a pickup truck. As the season gets colder, more of our competitors run out, but we go out and get wood in even the worst of conditions. The bigger the lot, the better. We have some other sources to obtain wood over the next couple weeks, but we definitely need something for the next few months. Call or text Rich if you are interested. show contact info .

    It has its place.

Kinda expensive relative to my means but someone living where a cord of wood is over $300 and/or doesn't want to reinvest in a pellet stove or can't get decent firewood ... it might be a solution.

While I agree that this is a good value, I don't agree its equal to 2700 pieces of cordwood.

    Maybe "semi-seasoned" cordwood!

They do look like those dry cured meats that you’re likely to see in Italy and other butcher shops.
