This is a nice Craftsman 3.7 with an 18" bar and nearly new Stihl chain. This came in a group of saws that I bought and it appears to run as it should though I have not put it in wood. All plastics are good and most paint is intact and compression is 130, which is normal for this series of saw. Asking $110 plus the ride to your door. Here is a short video of it running:
Do you have a pic that looks at the piston/rings through the exhaust port? The ex port pic you posted is shot from too high an angle to see all the way in. Going by the Sears 358.354831 model # visible on the top cover in one of your pics............that's a 3800 rather than a 3700. Thick rings, plated piston, and a bare bore. Running that model # on the Sears website brings up an IPL that has the 3800 (rather than 3700) piston assembly listed. Matches the piston assembly in a Poulan 3800 IPL. Still a great 61cc firewood saw at a very good price.
LOL. Sorry Gary. 3800 it is. Great 61cc firewood saw. Judging by that clutch/drivecase area pic, that saw wasn't used much at all. The 3400 and 3800 both run around 130 PSI when new.
