Here is the salad recipe from Dennis's GTG. You can use mayonnaise in place of miracle whip. She also added some paprika to the dressing, or sometimes a little Cayenne pepper is added.

    Enjoy..

dirtdevil Are the eggs chopped up and added to the salad or made into wedges?

    Thanks :)

Edit, I see he put "taco" in the title, so I guess Doritos.

I missed it the first night... didn't go that deep into the tables.... since the smokers where so close. But after hearing the reviews... I went deeper near the pies... and got a good helping... with the brisket and pulled pork...not sure of the three which was better... it was that good...

Eggs are diced or sliced as fine as you want. My wife used Doritos but any corn chip can be used according to taste.

My wife says that the original recipe is Fritos, and that is best that way. But she uses organic anytime she can and they don't have organic Fritos so she uses organic Doritos.

    They have organic Doritos??? Wow

One shift at work used to make what we called dorito salad. Taco seasoned burger, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, Doritos and catalina dressing (i think thats everything) . I only had it as leftovers, it was wonderful even with the lettuce wilted. I could eat that till i got sick.

    Im getting hungry.
