If anyone has the opportunity and means to get after it, here ya go.

Fire Wood - Free if you do the work

I don't have a vehicle large enough, and is a little too far for me and my minivan to get it.

Looks like it might be decent wood. Not sure. The species isn't mentioned. Doesn't look like pine to me.

A little too far for me, too. Nice offer, though. Won't last long, out to the west there.

That's a good ride for me too. I can scrounge enough staying more local than Weymouth

Well people must not know that Massachusetts goes west of Worcester, if Westminster is "out to the west."

Over the horizon, past Fitchburg, there be dragons!
Actually about a 50 minute drive for me, but too far to go for wood, given that my SUV won't hold much.

Fitchburg is synonymous with Boston to my ears.

Ha! I'd much rather drive to Fitchburg than Boston. I've been having to go to Cambridge every week or so, and I've gotten to loathe it. I tried to go last Sunday AM, sounds safe, right? No, there was a flea market at the end of the street, and no parking spaces for blocks!

Anywhere inside of 128 can be a nightmare.

I'm good out here in dragon country.

I'm not sure if it's good for indoor burning:faint: I'd go get it if my trailer wasn't currently occupied.

No not at all. I let my bud use the trailer and he has a van sitting on it that won't run. It's a long story. I'm kinda pizzed about it but "it is what it is"

Looks like quite a bit of pine in that pile. Not all pine, but I can see why he wants someone to take all or nothing. If it was a free-for-all it would get picked over and he'd have to haul pine rounds to the dump. That looks a little picked over as it is. I have my own pine . Enough of it that I'm considering a hobby sawmill. Or a means to haul it to a sawmill and back.

Well, my id'ing of wood species isn't as keen as some others. Hoping it'll improve with time. Pine in the pile - good to know.
