I read the recipe you posted. Interesting that they are cooked in a stockpot. Any recipe I have had, they are put in a dish, covered with sauce and baked in the oven. Less chance of them coming apart. I haven't made them since we don't eat pork anymore so I don't know what they would be like using just hamburger.
